日常管理职责：
Routine Job Responsibility:
1. 确保本项目安全生产.
Ensure safe production on the project.
2. 负责制定本项目生产计划,建造方法,承包商工作安排分配。
To be responsible for the development of the production plan, construction method, and contractors work arrangement and distribution of this project.
3. 跟踪本项目各个节点计划并保证计划顺利实施。
Follow up the project schedule and ensure the smooth implementation of the schedule.
4. 负责本项目的质量管理。
Responsible for the quality management of the project.
5. 负责船体部门在项目上的人员工作安排。
Responsible for the work arrangement of the hull department on the project.
6. 现场解决和协调承包商在工作中遇到到图纸和工艺流程上的问题。
On-site solution and co-ordination of problems encountered by the contractors on the drawings and process flow of the work.
7. 监督承包商在本项目上的人员出勤状态并反馈给文员。
Monitor the attendance status of the contractors personnel on the project and provide feedback to the clerk.
8. 负责本项目上与其他部门间协调事项。
Coordinate with other departments on the project.
9. 安排生产区域安全卫生巡检并每周提供一份巡检报告。
Arrange safety and health inspection in production area and provide a weekly inspection report.
10. 安排生产区域质量工艺巡检并每周提供一份巡检报告。
Arrange for quality inspection of production area and provide a weekly inspection report.
11. 对生产区域消防设施/起重设备进行日常点检。
Carry out daily inspection of firefighting facilities/lifting equipment in the production area.
12. 保持学习提升自己的业务能力，将安全事故发生率和各种报检合格率纳入该岗位的考核，并且接受每年一次的笔试考核。
Keep learning to improve his/her business ability, include the safety accident rate and various report passing rate in the assessment of the position, and accept the written test assessment once a year.
13. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
To complete other duties as arranged by the supervisor.
安全健康环境管理职责：
HSE Management Responsibility:
1． 向所属部门主管或HSE部门反映在工作场所发生的所有事故和危险事件。
Report all accidents and hazardous incidents occurring in the workplace to the Head of Department or HSE department to which they belong.
2． 保持工作场所良好的管理秩序。
Maintain good management order in the workplace.
3． 现场发布安全和健康注意事项，以确保遵守这些注意事项。
Issue safety and health precautions on site to ensure compliance with these precautions.
4． 严格执行公司的环境管理条例。
Strictly enforce the companys environmental management regulations.
5． 节约能源，提倡绿色环境保护意识。
Conserve energy and promote green environmental protection awareness.
6． 遵守当地政府的环境管理条例。
Comply with local government environmental regulations.
